Selling Real Estate? What's So Good About House Express Broker/Owners??
Who do you want handling the sale of your property? A broker or an agent?

A broker of course!
When you employ House Express to market your property, the owner and licensed Broker of the firm is directly handling the sale of your property – not just an agent.

Broker vs. Agent – Know The Difference!
You must hold a "broker" license to operate a real estate company. It's not easy to obtain a broker license. Most state laws require a candidate to:
  1. Serve a three year apprenticeship as a full time agent under the auspices of a broker.
  2. Prove to the state Real Estate Commission experience in different types of real estate transactions, e.g., residential, commercial, industrial, acreage, etc...
  3. Complete an additional 100 to 300 hours of approved classroom study
  4. Receive approval by the State Real Estate Commission for honesty and trustworthiness.
  5. Pass a state administered exam.
Affiliate membership with House Express is restricted to broker/owner licenses only.

To qualify as a House Express affiliate, broker licensees must have a minimum of 10 years experience operating their own firm.

Many House Express brokers are also licensed appraisers, builders, local planning and zoning board members, structural engineers, investors. Some are real estate instructors for colleges and real estate schools.

Broker/owners have chosen real estate as a lifetime career with most owning their own office. The National Association of Realtors report the average "agent" holds a license for only 4 years.

Brokers have more invested in their business than agents and hence act more responsibly when working with homeowners.
